What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?
I started using it actually for mentoring purposes, and I would say I am getting the best compared to any other sources. They have excellent features. Easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workplace by Facebook, I started using it in 2018. As far now, I am liking it. The best thing I like about it is the "Mentoring".
What do you dislike most about this product?
After using more than three years, I didn't find anything that I don't like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For those who didn't know about it and now planning to use it, I would say "Go Ahead". You will love it.

The way people can comunicate in groups without using the chat
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Group sharing. Announcements, engagement and learning
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike anything in special. I just hoped that they released the current section for knowledge center before. Since it took to long we ended up creating the company wiki in clickup
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Embrace the tool. Check best practices and how other are using it. I was at 2 companies with this tool (in both i lived the implementation). The first one achieved a high impact on engagement and communication. The second one didn’t but because they are using the tool as slack (just chat) It is good to have a person dedicated to the tool in terms of integration and comms. Also necessary to have tech teams aligned ( they will tell you over and over thar Slack is better. If they do not buy in, they will be an obstacle to use the tool properly

If you are from a big sized company then you will not regret using workplace. However, if you are a small sized one, then I think you may not appreciate its capabilities.
