What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?
It's usability and intuitively 'knowing what it's for' are both stand-out elements ahead of any other similar product. I believe it to be the only product in the marketplace that actively encourages the breaking down of silo's, rather than enabling them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The usability of the product is by far the best feature of the product. It benefits from the same original benefits Facebook had - nobody needs taught in how to use it or what for, people just 'know'.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of longterm roadmap, low adherence to change management principles, product sometimes to evolve commercial Facebook product rather than corporate customer requirements
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be very clear on 'what problem you want to solve' - and then evaluate on that basis WITH employee's rather than on their behalf - piloting / proofs of concept with champions and pilot sample employee's are crucial at the earliest possible stage of evaluation. If those results fit the solution to the problem you want to solve, it will definately be the best product on the market to do so!
