What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
One does not need to have coding know-how to use zapier to intergrate applications. Zapier supports a variety of applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it connects and brings together various platforms and is able to route information between and amongst the different applications. Zapiers allows automation of processes and gives room to test the automations before launching them. Userfrindly so it is easy to use and navigate. The integrations made available are countless. The automations are in multi-steps , this makes it powerful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zapier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zapier because it has worked amazing for our organization and made processes so much easier and workflows seamless.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
When I joined this new company, there were several different software platforms in use. We use Squarespace, Constant Contact, Google Suite, really, something from everywhere but we never plan how to make, part of my job when I got on board was to make these things fit together. Zapier has been a big part of that. these things work with each other.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I loved two things about Zapier: How quick and easy it was to get started. When I had questions, despite being a free user, I was able to chat with a real person. Also, with non-technical training, my confidence in my ability to use the platform was low. By giving it ALL away (integration and support), I was able to develop that trust without any risk. I really appreciate that.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I want Zapier to do is grow its infrastructure, specifically with Squarespace and Constant Contact commerce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is ideal for: You have two disconnected systems (for example, a website and an email marketing or CRM tool) and you need to connect them. It's something you know how to do manually (I go to this site, copy this information, paste it here and do x, y, z with it). It's something you never want to do again.
