The best part that makes difference is their backend support also the optimised interface is amazing.

Zoho campaign is so easy for email marketing

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
It has the merge tag feature that would pick the real name of the client from the email list and replaces it in the email greeting as this module is saving us from sounding robotic
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the availability of several templates for emails from different industries that can easily be customized to create a good-looking email template
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is time consuming to deploy the solution and fully to configure it as well can turn to be more expensive if you deal with larger number of contacts in the contact list

I would recommend the tool for anyone looking to do email marketing

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
In my opinion what sets Zoho apart from other tools I've tried is its email marketing and automation capabilities. I feel that another tool that I have been able to use like this that is similar is freshmarketer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the fact that it is more user friendly when editing both the templates and their flow in a cyclic campaign, which is what I used the most. This allows you to keep in constant contact with your database, and the fact that you can integrate it with your CRM to keep the information updated in two ways.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well something that I don't like a little bit is the lack of utility when buying the zoho campaign license to buy a Zoho ONE license for example. buying the campaign license only limits you too much in the use of the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Reviewing the requirements and parameters of the company and the business model, it is important to highlight all the pros of Zoho as well as the major cons of the whole setup and configuration process, which takes time and expert help, otherwise you might find yourself going around in circles.
