Everything about ZOHO is commendable, but what stands out for me is its user-friendliness and the analytics of the emails we send. It's crucial to understand which content resonates most with your target audience. The implementation is straightforward, and it's easy to use and analyze. Their customer support team is prompt and efficient, striving to resolve queries as soon as possible. ZoHo is packed with features. We can categorize different types of customers, analyze their email opening behavior, and much more. Integration is a breeze, whether it's with LinkedIn or any other social media platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We've been utilizing Zoho campaigns for over two years and have become quite accustomed to the platform. It's serving us well at present, but there was one feature that initially posed a challenge: the domain verification process. It's slow and quite bothersome, and it's an area where the company needs to focus its attention. The platform tends to slow down and exhibit signs of glitches when handling heavy programs or campaigns. I could be mistaken, but this is an issue we've encountered since we began using it, and it persists to this day.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Campaigns aids us in producing higher-quality work with less effort, thanks to its customizable email templates and automation features. Beyond email marketing, it also serves us well in crafting, initiating, and managing our social media posts and campaigns. And this is why I recommend the tool.

The functions and design of the campaigns are intuitive. I can easily communicate with reviewers and receive genuine and timely responses. It works wonderfully as a template for emails and social media. It is easier to use and comes with excellent support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate how everything related to workflow and email is conveniently displayed on a single page. Key advantages include an intuitive interface and an easy-to-follow procedure for creating and sending professional email campaigns. The software's responsive layouts and abundance of pre-designed templates make it ideal for a wide range of business needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Vary little! If I had to choose something to criticize, it would be the very high learning curve associated with campaigns and maintaining the integration with the CRM.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you own a small business, you need Zoho One. There are no features or services we don't like. You can use it with ease. The customer service is second to none. I use the functions daily. Additionally, new services are constantly being added to Zoho.
