My favorite aspect with Zoho campaigns has go to be the various email templates that are available in it. We have a plethora of options and that makes our work very much interesting

What do you dislike most about this product?

The deliverability is quite low in Zoho campaigns. Also, emails can get easily blacklisted through Zoho

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say this is a great substitute for softwares like Mailchimp. This has all the functionalities of a high end email marketing software and is available at a very cheap rate too

We have raised our contact details, and contact management is direct, this product provides us essential statistics for strategy development, it's a dependable tool to have a smooth connection with our customers, it also enables the consumer to generate their templates, the assistance has been good, it has made it easier for us in A/B testing. Zoho campaigns assist us with email marketing and automation, and, as the title implies, it assists us with the design and administration of your programs. In my perspective, Zoho works far smoother than many other tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some deliverability concerns, instead of one successfully delivered email automation or sequence. We can send email prompts; however, the remainder of the email might not have been sent, and the software convinces the client team that it was all sent. I tested my emails and it only functioned 35% of the time, and that's unacceptable. Furthermore, customer assistance may come and depart with you at any time. There has been a lag from the sales side because my concern with them has been fixed for more than 2 weeks. Customer care will respond with the standard answer that we'll contact you.
