While we used various kinds of CRM in the past at the company to organized team interactions and build the company, our main constraint was that this kind of technology was expensive, and we were charged for the number of contacts/customer profile we had within our databases. Zoho Cliq enabled us not only to search for conversations and identify meaningful pattern but what makes it more unique is the ridiculously amazing low price at which we could have access to this tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the calendar schedules, but what I love above anything else, is the remote "see-your-team" feature. This really changed our company to a 2.0 version and turned us into a digital workplace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The storage of 100 GB. While this is actually a big number, it needs to be more, especially if you are an organization whose main focuses are file sharing and data gathering.

The major benefit I've noticed was that it was a fully complete web chat tool with all of the functionality we want, which streamlines our business.

It integrates it all in one place, including contacts, networks, records, schedules, and tasks, and it provides live stream uploads and distant company management. Our conversations are all smooth and have good video resolution, and we can share our computer screens with colleagues to enhance our duties easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, Zoho Cliq has satisfied most of its users' needs and built the software. There is presently only one tiny drawback: uploading large documents using Zoho Cliq takes a very long time.

If you are looking for a fully complete live chat system package that can organize all of our duties such as online video meeting, desktop sharing, operations, channel development, and etc, Zoho Cliq is far superior than other products in the industry. I definitely advise everyone to try Zoho Cliq.

Up to this point, Zoho Cliq has met all of the demands of its users and created the program. There is now only one minor disadvantage: sending massive documents on Zoho Cliq needs a long time.
