What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?
Cloud-based software that has a simple interface but a powerful one. Meetings within a company as well as with other companies can be easily conducted. It offers to instantly message even when one is making/taking a call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is free software that shows an efficient integration with other products that have been launched by Zoho. Its application runs equally well on cell phones and PCs. No delay in sending and receiving messages. No technology glitches.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too many ornaments can make Zoho Cliq annoying. For example, a button to notify that I went out for 15 minutes! Like, does anyone really need that button? Sometimes I confront issues while using suite and this can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are already using any of the Zoho products then using this software will also be just another small step. It is not only simple but the prices of all the tiers are very reasonable and affordable. Recommended!

What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?
It is very inexpensive as compare to other alternatives starts at $3 per person per month. The fee decreases if you add more user and drop to $1 which is the cheapest than other software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho cliq is easy to use and is like other messaging app by which you can chat, share documents or files with your colleague or friends with your mobile phone or desktop easily. The best part is that you can talk to yourself and share files, in this way you can use it to save important documents. It has a good interaction with zoho ecosystem. Video and voice quality is amazing and group calling is superb.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to setup and to enroll new user. Sometimes the file sharing is slow that needs to be send instantly. The characters of the messages that you can send is limited. The mobile app is not as good as laptop.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend zoho cliq to small companies with low budget with all features that a company needs.

What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?
Communication among co-workers can be a bit tricky when you need to leave your desk and go to another department. If you are working online it makes it harder, I work in a company where communication with others is the key and currently we are all working from home, thanks to the pandemic! We are already using other Zoho applications and this one is an addition, a great one I must say! It helps communicate and chat with other members way more easily and get the job done in no time
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing is that it is easy to integrate with other Zoho applications that we were already using. I must say that it works well on laptops and desktops better than mobile phones. My favorite is their bot integration which helps with work greatly. You can do customization in it and respond to workers in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The same app works not as well on phones as it does on laptops or desktops. I have no idea why this issue happens to every other person but it is legitimate and needs some work done on it. I personally like it and enjoy using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you or your company is a Zoho CRM user overall, it’s a good choice. If not, then it will be a hassle for you because you will not have many apps and platforms to integrate it with. However, if I talk about the user experience it’s a good addition to enhance the overall communication with colleagues.
