There are few problems or inconveniences that this program presents, but I have noticed the notifications are not noticeable, this can be somewhat annoying because I always want to be aware of all the current information, I have to enter the program directly to find out what All in all, this is a bit tedious for me, but I can let it go, I hope that this will be improved exponentially in a future update that this program has.

I like it for its simplicity and ease of use. It integrates very well with other Zoho applications and other external applications. Chat, audio or video calls work really well.

It is a very efficient tool, there is nothing that I dislike.

The free version is limited to its features. You can only send and receive limited messages at an individual level. If you want to make a team then you have to buy the expensive premium package to get access to all advanced features.
