What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho People has all features in the solution and bit less pricing compare to other application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It consume less time to marking attendance and easily access information and review various kind of reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

Payroll feature not in Zoho people so we have to purchase Zoho payroll separately to pay salary for the employee

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

yes, all employee data based in one place, easy to access any information in one click.

The amount of features in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wide variety of features all under one roof.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The implementation phase is very slow. No videos/onboarding material provided. The only onboarding provided are live meetings with their customer support team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be patient with the platform, customer service is slow.
