What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

In my many years of sales experience, ZoomInfo is the complete program I have used. ZoomInfo provides me with in-depth insights into my customer's company, enabling me to get up to speed more quickly as I provide account assistance. Everything from productivity to effectiveness to monitoring has been drastically improved. The connection to Salesforce works without a hitch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform's many automatic capabilities, like auto-dialing and synchronizing, are what I appreciate most about it. The integration between HubSpot's customer relationship management system and ZoomInfo is seamless. Extra features, such as organizational charts, let me weed out a lot of our existing database, which aided our prospecting efforts. I can investigate which accounts are interested in specific solutions and their physical locations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only complaint with ZoomInfo is that after I search and click on a contact, I can't return to my original search criteria without using my browser's "back" button. Although the best, it is expensive and lacks features such as an easy way to record LinkedIn messages. The customer service was difficult to reach, and they were offered an outdated version of a service that they had already paid for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Extremely simple to pick up and use the moment you join up. The training is excellent for all the features and capabilities, and although the prices might add up, there are still options for those on a tighter budget. I appreciate the real-time add-on that scans the current webpage for relevant contacts. Absolutely, without a doubt, suggest to anybody needing lead-generating services.

Have each vendor build you a list then see what looks the most complete. Use LinkedIn to verify a handful of results. ZoomInfo will blow away the competiton.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

By far they have the best company and person data, and the best integration with salesforce. On top of that, they are constantly acquiring other tools, such as Chorus or Ringlead, and integrating their solutions together so that you can just manage one tool for all your sales needs.

Their platform is intuitive and easy to use. Constantly improving their product and integrating into other solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They lack GDPR compliant people data at this time.

Ask for a trial before you by to confirm they have the data to fit your selling motion.
