What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Finding appropriate contact information for prospects and determining which accounts to target based on intent data are the key issues we are trying to solve and I'm successful after implementing it. My work is simpler and more productive with ZoomInfo. With just a few clicks, the right numbers are loaded into the locations I need them for the start of my outreach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I keep learning deeper and more complex ways to use it for the team. Everything from tracking to efficiency and effectiveness has changed significantly. Highly advise completing the certificate offered by ZoomInfo, and using their live training to get up to speed as soon as possible. With all of the incredible features, it is simple to become sidetracked for the entire day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The volume of accurate and helpful information greatly outweighs the number of inaccurate or outdated contacts. Furthermore, I believe ZoomInfo should more effectively leverage LinkedIn to gather accurate data, particularly on candidate titles and locations. Frequently, titles on candidates' LinkedIn accounts are close but not quite accurate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The quality of a tool depends on the person using it. Make sure your team is familiar with how to use the tool and how to combine it with other tools. In order to expose our solution to a particular market or markets, our team needed to establish customer personas as well. We were able to test numerous buying personas and vertices thanks to ZoomInfo.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

It is locating innovative ways to connect and engage with current contacts and prospects, efficiently finding and qualifying prospects, and updating and improving contact/lead information. It has provided so many solutions and improved prospects that I could do well there all day. We were able to mix a wide variety of demands and activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my whole years of sales, ZoomInfo is the most complete sales software I've ever used. The Salesforce integration is seamless. The fact that their B2B database is updated frequently and that the professional contact information is comprehensive and the most accurate I've ever seen. It not only helps prospects, but extra features like org charts also enabled me to eliminate a large portion of the database we previously had.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like that we can connect on LinkedIn, it is not possible to easily record messages sent through LinkedIn. The cost is also high, but it is the best. For various features, it was necessary to interact with various contacts, and they sold me an outdated version of a feature that they already had.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ZoomInfo is quite expensive but it is worth the price, it is extremely helpful for every business. However, we have discovered that the data is worthwhile, and our account management staff has provided us with excellent support. I like all of its features, simple UI, and great support.
