What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
ZoomInfo's extension has a feature to identify and export contacts found on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Salesforce.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ZoomInfo extension's export feature helps me save time creating prospects on SFDC, and also can give me a brief overview of the organization size, competitors, HQ, and some recent news, all in one spot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Prospect information is not always accurate/up to date. The org chart feature is hard to navigate and isn't complete; you will have to supplement with your own research to fill in the blanks and see if a prospect is still in the organization. On the ZoomInfo website, searching for prospects is frustrating, you often have to populate the search several times. Even after clicking the right person or organization, there's no guarantee that you will be taken to the right search. I can't even explain in words how complicated a simple task has been made, you'll have to try it yourself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have a lot of features, think carefully about what you are paying for.
