What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the technology section and insights. Before any customer facing call, I'll spend a good amount of time here to understand more about client so I can take a more strategic approach.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice to source data to some of the information that comes out of the insights section.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would going through some of online trainings instead of jumping straight in so you can maximize everything it has to offer.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
Zoominfo's compendium of contact information is certainly unmatched out of the 10-15 products I've personally tried. The quantity doesn't come with the sacrifice of quality, though, since I found over 95% of the information to be accurate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The multivariate filtering was well done, allowing one to narrow down leads as per requirement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is certainly among the highest, owing to the quality of the product - hence I'd only recommend it to teams who really need it. I also found the monthly limit of 2000 contacts to be inconvenient in multiple instances.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can highly recommend it over most similar products on the market. Another one that comes close is RocketReach but from what I found their database is fairly parallel to Linkedin - while Zoominfo's functions on its own. If pricing is not a huge issue, I can certainly recommend Zoominfo.
