What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

It's a good lead enrichment and prospecting tool. Very useful for sales and marketing team 5i qualify lead and audience building.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a marketer, audience building is one of the useful products i find in zoominfo.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the database appears to be outdated in terms of their job profile and company. Also a direct integration with sales navigator will be useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More integrations will be useful. Otherwise it is a great tool for sales enablement.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

These guys are at the top of their game. These guys are the Microsoft of the lead germination world. Literally, everything is better and more functional on Zoominfo. i can't fault this platform apart from 1 point. ( see dislike section)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wow so much. you can create campaigns and generate lists from very little input. data quality is better than all. so much integration and functionality, that actually works.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside to this product is the price. they cost up to 10x more than regular data providers like LUSHA. But to be fair, they are almost 10x better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company can afford it, definitely get it

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

If Sales navigator combined with other tools that offer contact information for free then it will eliminate the need for ZoomInfo as the ZoomInfo doesn't seem to be worth spending thousands of dollars when the database is not updated regularly and contact details come out to be wrong.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sync with CRM Save Search and list builds Provides a Good user experience

What do you dislike most about this product?

ZoomInfo needs to update their database more frequently as a person who has been in a company for months does not show up on Zoominfo in that company rather the previous one. ZoomInfo should have some integration with Sales navigator so that dedicated person could be found out using their LinkedIn URL.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ZoomInfo is well suited only if one has the exact details of the person they want contact information for. If this feature of ZoomInfo is kept aside then it doesn't stand a compared to its subscription charges. If a company has a big team where a dedicated person can fetch contact information and share with the team then it can be used else for a small team it might be too costly.
