What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Company report that entails a ton of information about the company, employees, news & signals, pain points, and hierarchical structure. Phone number and email address of all the contacts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wide variety of filters to find the company and details of the company such as company, employees, news & signals, pain points, and hierarchical structure. All the data can be exported as CSV or directly integrated into CRM which avoids the manual work of feeding leads into the CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost. It is very expensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If cost is not a concern for the buyer then go for Zoominfo!

ZI has the largest customer base and most capabilities/functionalities

Being able to pull lists from Sales Navigator and upload into ZI to obtain the contact data

What do you dislike most about this product?

Consistency with accuracy of contact data and high prices of additional functionalities

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ZI knows their competitors are catching up with great capabilities at a much better cost. Leverage this and force them to be more competitive with the quote(s) they give you
