What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
This tool lands approx all the emails in the inbox which make me most out of it and also high class templates make it more creative helps me to generate leads for my business. This tool also help me to write effective content and subject for my email marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can schedule email campaign and check the stats how many email are hitting the inbox and how many people click on the emails that's make my to analyse email marketing campaign and check which one is doing well. This tool provides quality template which I can customise in short time.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Unlike other email marketing software, it excels in automation. It helps us to generate an event-based work line by integrating email marketing with CRM, and sales automation. Such standards of customization and automation are more wide-ranging as compared to its competitors. It unified CRM and email marketing on a single platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation features in it are top-notch. It is capable of making a multi-faceted workflow that is also event-driven. Such workflow permits us to deliver the messages to relevant persons at the right time. Also, its in-built CRM capabilities have proved a game-changer for my business, as it emerges marketing and sales seamlessly along with helping our teams to track and manage leads and automate follow-ups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have noticed while working that ActiveCampaign’s advanced CRM tools and automation workflows come with steep learning curves. The beginners of my organization need supervision and training when working with this software, thus creating an overwhelming atmosphere for learners.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an incredibly productive platform for email marketing. However, it demands regular maintenance and setting with the evolvement of your work so make sure that your internal resources are capable enough to keep that leap along with proper observing of campaigns and performances.

A difference is ActiveCampaign’s customer support and training focus. The company offers live webinars, video tutorials and one-on-one coaching sessions. This kind of support is especially helpful for small business owners who may not have dedicated marketing teams or much experience with email marketing services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The real time tracking and reporting is something I appreciate. Email opens, clicks and other engagement metrics in real-time allow you to instantly adjust campaigns. Data visualizations such as heat maps showing which links are most clicked are informative at a glance. This real-time feedback is invaluable in making data-based decisions to optimize emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price point has its downsides especially for developing companies. The bigger your subscriber base gets, the more expensive it will get, so it could end up being more expensive than others. Recent price tier changes also brought some features into higher plans making users need to upgrade in order to keep using features they used to have. That can be annoying for small businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider how ActiveCampaign will work with your current CRM, e-commerce and analytics solution to provide a seamless experience. Customer service matters—consider evaluating their responsiveness in demos.
