What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It has nice deliverability rates, has powerful in-built automations, is simple to use & navigate, has glorious client support and is reasonably priced. I additionally like however it grows with your business and you’ll be able to get further options as and once you would like them. You’ll be able to build workflows as per your needs and building workflows is incredibly easy. I simply took a 2-hour course within the ActiveCampaign Courses Library and that i was smart to go with building campaigns and workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ActiveCampaign is simple to use. It’ giving the proper amount of features without being too bloated (I’m watching you, Hubspot!). we primarily use automations, email campaigns and landing pages, and it’s already saved us many hours. For me, the most important difference between Active Campaign are the automations and whole system that’s extremely useful to grasp however everything’ going with my e-mails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We signed up for their Deals CRM however there are so many bugs. They admit the bugs but can keep you waiting for technical support replies. I have been chatting with them about a few straightforward bugs of the 1:1 emails opening trigger in Deals CRM and they reply once per week or sometime ten days therefore the bug remains not resolved after a month.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign is a good tool if you’re searching for complete marketing, sales & CRM suite, without the bloat and price tag of alternative software.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign is easier to use and has more features than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Due to the application's ease of integration with our marketing goals and objectives, landing pages with simple automations have proven effective (and entertaining!). When I'm at a meeting, I enjoy being able to quickly pull out important KPIs from my emails due to email tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As expected, it was harder to utilize and creative options were restricted. I think this industry has possibilities for expansion. The air conditioner's operations and features need some practice. Some difficulties can be overcome, but many assumptions are made regarding user demands. I'm sure I'm merely scratching the surface after a year. This company's customer service isn't as swift or helpful as it might be. It's a great product, however it's overkill for my company's requirements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
AC comes with a LOT of extras, but it's also rather pricey. You may utilize the automation, CRM, and other features if you believe you can benefit from them. I believe I had a greater expectation for my company's demands, but we haven't had a need for many of the unique features. And when I did "dabble," it was nerve-wracking and difficult, and it didn't always go as planned. The fact that we've used Active Campaign in our marketing efforts has taught me a lot, and that's something I'm grateful for.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It is easy to use and has a good price, also the program has many features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A major selling point is that you only pay depending on the amount of customers you have, not than the quantity of lists, emails, or campaigns you make. Our ecommerce platform does not give us with all of the emails we need, therefore this is a great way for us to handle our transactional email difficulties.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In terms of customizing possibilities, interface, and cooperation across teams on the same template, email template creation might be a lot better. Moreover, there is need for improvement in the "Deals" tool's integration with automation and campaigns. Finally, Active Campaign's reporting and BI aren't the finest, and all of our database's intelligence comes from exporting Active Campaign's information locally.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before deciding how to organize your lists, tags, and automations, you should do a lot of testing. You may also use Active Campaign for a deal pipeline, particularly when you have B2B sales teams working alongside a B2C sales team.
