What is your favorite aspect of this product?
when I'm running campaigns for different biotech products, I can use a single email template to show personalized content to researchers versus clinicians. It feels like I've cracked the code on making every email feel tailor-made without manually customizing each one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have to dig through layers to get to some of the more granular data, like which links are getting the most clicks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many things make it different from its competitors when it comes to comparison. At the top, is its integrated CRM system and automated abilities. It makes the users to keep the engagement of customers high by considering its personalization. This thing also plays an important role in keeping the effectiveness of the campaign high.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like many things about this product and all of its features are my favorite. If talking about anyone, it has advanced automation capabilities and an intuitive interface. Its automation allows the users to manage their activities according to the demands of the customer and their level of engagement. It also keeps the marketing personalized to ensure that the right person gets the right message. Whereas its automation makes it easy for all levels of users whether a beginner or an expert. It doesn't demand high technical knowledge from users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Each of is features is working pretty well for my tasks. It is a feature-rich platform considering the needs of all users. It doesn't require deep learning about installation. Its setup is easy to operate and customer services also take out maximum possibilities for every issue of the customer. So nothing negative about this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign is a very good choice for all those who want to have excellent email marketing to enhance the level of their business.
