It also helps us to grow our relation with the audience by providing tailored guidance. It assists us in addressing the needs of audience by helping them to learn what is available.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ActiveCampaign helps us to grow our audience which is based on almost any factor. They also have email autoresponders which enable us to get in touch right away. It enables us to set up email automation that turn our contacts from interested leads to paying leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What we dislike about ActiveCampaign is that automation is confusing when we set up at first. It took much time to figure out how to create sequence of emails and also how to segment the subscribers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign is best recommended because it enhances our business by enabling us to delight our customers by knowing what they want and when they want. This feature delights the customers and makes them to buy more products.

ActiveCampaign actually has more marketing automation and lots of advanced and customizing features compared to similar Apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its live chat messaging function is a joy as it has enabled great interaction with customers resulting to lead scoring. Makes it all the much easier to hit targets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks in emails that allow online transactions, a noticeable drawback but the only issue for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a marketing and sales automation platform with category-defining customer experience, it ranks up there.
