I like that despite being resourceful, ActiveCampaign is affordable The software is multi-purpose; handles CRM, email marketing and automation. Using ActiveCampaign is easy

Not the most affordable email marketing software.

For purposes of email marketing and marketing automation, I recommend ActiveCampaign. It offers best features and comes an a relatively low cost

Good product with bugs and limitations at a point

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Automations takes it beyond simple ESP tools like MailChimp, but still lags behind the likes of HubSpot and lacks the niched focus of a Klaviyo.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automations are good and easy to setup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bugs. It has gotten better over the years, but there are still UX bugs that annoy and the odd error with scheduled emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great step up from simple ESPs/CRMs. The automations allow businesses to get a lot of uses close to HubSpot, at a cheaper price.
