What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has been our perfect tool for optimizing our CRM, automating processes, managing tasks, integrating documents, improving communication, and so on. I appreciate how easy it is to use, navigate and customize. Plus, it has all the features and functionality we need. It has had a huge impact on our company's efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because there is not enough customization in the system or in the tools themselves, many users have adapted their processes to fit the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to centralizing the management of (CRM) and other projects, activities and more, Bitrix24 is a complete game changer. Our staff has been able to save a lot of time thanks to its numerous functions and resources, which have helped us do everything every day in an orderly fashion.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Bitrix24 is our all-inclusive platform for business automation. Every aspect of our daily lives incorporates it. Leading, negotiating, tasks, projects, scrum, sprint, automation and countless other things are part of it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everyone from sales and marketing to software developers, front and back office, as well as account and management teams can easily use it. In addition, it has a series of external applications that facilitate the management of our usual tasks and their automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The number one problem is bitrix24 customer service. You can communicate with them through chat, but their responses are not very precise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I supervise communication with the client and the company and their progression through the sales funnel.

It has all the tools you need to manage projects and tasks from CRM, chats, video calls, telephony etc. It seamlessly integrates with other leading tools. The software is available on browser, desktop and mobile.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The software allows for up to 48 participants in a video meeting. The capacity to record meetings and change background. Private and group chats. This provides a quick and easy way to discuss ideas and share files with specific team member.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes. All the features have been helpful to our business. We have experienced a lot of growth when using Bitrix. It is very easy to navigate and use. You can automate and customize pipelines. This helps to increase sales and overall productivity of the enterprise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it to everybody be in a company or an individual. It is very user friendly. It can fit into a company of any size and shape. We can effectively manage the time we spend on each task, this ensures that everybody is at pace with what is required to be done in a given time.
