Bitrix24 makes life simpler for all teams by providing access to many fantastic tools, such as Kanban boards, which help individuals manage projects and tasks. We use it to handle our Kanban boards, marketing intelligence, mailing campaigns, donation agreements, and CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my view, there is nothing wrong with this platform; I would propose joining and familiarizing yourself with the format of the Kanban board (Projects and Tasks) in Bitrix24 before implementing any integration, so you can determine whether it is appropriate for you or not. If you want something less complicated, you should choose an alternative.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24, especially the cloud edition, is a simple way to get up and running. It will provide the necessary functions, but you may want assistance if you scale or employ additional capabilities. Begin with the essential features and information required by your company. Don't attempt to go too quickly. The unified communications component functions properly, but there are concerns with external users. Overall, I would suggest Bitrix24 to entrepreneurs trying to systematize their operations.
