Its reliability. Even though there may not be a lot of innovation, SendInBlue has everything I need to effectively manage my email marketing campaigns and automations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user experience could be a tad bit better, but it is still really easy to use.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
We are using this software to create email marketing campaigns and without a doubt we have been pleasantly surprised, because it is easy to use and has templates that make our work easier, in addition to achieving extraordinary results in each campaign. I like that it has different tools that allow us to achieve our goal of being read, such as spam blocking.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a large library of images that helps us to create modern designs, in the creation of campaigns. In addition to the fact that its templates are very eye-catching and capture attention quickly, being the main objective of the campaign. It allows us to track interactions, both open emails and clicks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I tried to use the program for other types of campaigns, for example in social networks and SMS and I did not succeed, to tell the truth I have not contacted the technical service to receive help on this issue, but I would like that the process and configuration of these tools of the program were not so cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although we have only been using the program for a short time, the truth is that we have obtained excellent results with the executed campaigns, our number of prospects and sales has multiplied by 50% or more, so our email marketing campaigns have been very successful. We are eager to be able to configure the software to develop our SMS and social media campaigns and make them work as well as our email campaigns.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
The majority of our programs are open-workshop i.e. Individuals sign up for the programs on their own. And so, we have to be in constant touch with them. We used Sendinblue as our main email campaign tool before making the switch. We used the SaaS for Sending regular event updates. Promotional emails. New programs/course details. Festival greetings, etc. Apart from the above e-mail campaigns, we also use the service to create a post-registration journey for people who sign-up, up and what's the next step forward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All of the email campaigns are quickly delivered and with a comparatively lower bounce rate. And it is reasonably priced, the very reason which made me move from Mailchimp.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing! We use SendinBlue as our second email campaign manager after Zoho Campaigns. We use both services to cater to different segments of users. It's much better cost-wise when compared to other options that I have tried.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GO FOR IT. The email delivery rate is good and probably worth more than the money spent.
