What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Communicate and grow with a single platform that gives you email, SMS, chat, landing pages, ads and more. Focus on the important things and put the rest on autopilot with marketing. Promote special and upcoming events through bulk SMS marketing campaigns sent to a list of contacts in your database. Just write your message, choose a list and schedule it to be sent on the date you want. Send the most important or urgent messages directly to your customers' cell phones. Set up transactional SMS for order confirmations, shipping updates and much more through our API, marketing automation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Create personalized messages. Personalize SMS messages by dynamically segmenting and adding individual contact attributes, such as first or last name, company name or other information you have about your contacts. Track the performance of your SMS campaigns with key marketing metrics to see what's working and what can be improved. Detect real-time problems in transactional SMS messages using deliverability reports and real-time interaction statistics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User cannot open a link to a contact from search results in a new tab because it is a JavaScript button, not a link, which means navigation is much slower. Support for resellers, the fee email does not indicate that it is a white account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improve the design, interaction and deliverability of your transactional messages. Simple and flexible configuration. It is very easy to connect your Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook email accounts to Inbox. You can also connect other email clients of your choice or any custom email address that uses your domain with our IMAP configuration. Show ads to your website visitors as they browse other sites and remind them why you are the best solution.

Easy to use, fantastic product

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
The ease of use of this product is amazing, I have used several other solutions in the market for over 10 years and have never been more satisfied with a product than SendinBlue. The ability to bring in your contact list, with a few simple clicks, is differently a time saver. You can create and design your own emails without having to take a class or training. If you need to, many YouTube how-to's are available. You can also easily import predefined or business partner-designed email campaigns to be used. Also having the ability to make changes to these campaigns quickly and effectively.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The entire product suite is excellent, but the reporting and analytics are second to none. We use a lot of drip campaigns, over a three to five-week period. The centralized ability to review and see how your emails are reaching customers or clients is critical to my business. Another feature is that we can segment these emails to do a follow-up email with the clients to set up a more in-depth view of what we are looking to sell or follow up with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no negative feedback about the Sendinblue solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a product that you will be very happy with. Those of you who have used other products in the past will be amazed at how easy this product is to work with. I would recommend this product to a one-person company and up. The return on your investment both time and money, quickly materialize when working with SendinBlue. Highly Recommend

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whatever your goal, we'll be there with support and resources available, 24 hours a day. Communicate more directly with customers to receive urgent messages or timely offers. You'll be able to connect immediately with your prospects and customers when they have a question while browsing your site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support team is not fully responsive to issues, with the email signup not working on mobile. User can't open a link to a contact from search results in a new tab because it's a JavaScript button, not a link.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Save time and increase performance by automating your segmentation and marketing messages. Improve the design, interaction and deliverability of your transactional messages. Create a more focused visitor experience with dedicated pages for each of your campaigns. It's a small team, so always look for ways to simplify our daily work and save time. Obviously, having our contact lists, SMS and email in one platform is a big help.
