What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Sendinblue offers good features at affordable prices. User can easily upgrade the package and customer care team is prompt with replies and sorting the issues
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer care team is prompt and quick in resolving issues related to email marketing. That is the best aspect of sendinblue
What do you dislike most about this product?
Templates are outdated and their are no great drag and drop elements while designing the email marketing templates. That is the one thing i dislike about Sendinblue platform
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for purchasing sendinblue package as it is affordable, reliable, after sales support is good

Excellent Product that Integrates with Everything!

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Sendinblue, like MailChimp, integrates with just about every digital marketing and business product that's out there. It works and it works really well. Also, with all its features, it's also more cost-effective than its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the fact that the Sendinblue system is reliable. I haven't had a technical issue (something not working or not working as advertised) yet. I also like the UI (User Interface). Now that I know where everything is, I'm comfortable with the system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Working with the email templates takes a little getting used to. I found it a little frustrating, so I contacted their support team (which I generally dislike doing). Their support team, however, is outstanding. They created a short video showing me exactly where to find what I was looking for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Sendinblue to my clients who run a lot of webinars. I show them how to set up the autoresponders and their email marketing campaigns inside the system. When I first started with Sendinblue, I didn't ready any help files until I got stuck. So, like any other type of software, give yourself a little time to learn how everything works and don't try to rush through it. So, my recommendation would be - don't rush through it when you're first getting started. Take it step-by-step. Then, once it's set up, you'll have a very reliable marketing system for your products or services.

Disappointing, clunky and low performance

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Nothing special unfortunately. We use it because it costs more to switch than to stay with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The builder is almost decent and produces consistent results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Performance - it's very slow and clunky. Also, organization is impossible and it's too easy to lose orientation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
be very very organized, because they won't help you with that.
