What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo's content is highly dynamic, preventing promotional materials from becoming repetitive and being marked as spam by customers. It provides reports that enable us to assess which users received our emails and which did not. The categorization of lists based on customer types is crucial for us as it helps us determine the kind of promotions and campaigns each group will receive. We chose to use Brevo as it offers an all-encompassing solution for sales and distribution via e-commerce. It aids us in managing promotions for sales and distribution, as well as marketing campaigns, which are vital in the current era.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What appeals to me about Brevo is its user-friendly interface as a mass mailer, offering cost-effective solutions for small businesses, thereby making it attainable for those who might not have the same resources as bigger corporations. The features that allow for message review prior to sending and email testing are excellent, ensuring improved outcomes for any mailing campaign. Moreover, our marketing emails sent via Brevo help us adhere to GDPR regulations, thanks to the integrated unsubscribe feature. In summary, Brevo is a practical and efficient mass mailer that provides excellent options for businesses of all scales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interaction with my campaign reports and the utilization of my audience through tagging is somewhat restricted. Enhancements to the list/tag feature could make it more practical for sending emails to individuals who engage with a campaign in a specific manner.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software is so cheap that even smaller businesses can use the paid version and on top of that, they offer good customer care support to any technical question, No technical skill is needed to use this tool, which makes it the best software that I can recommend

The rate at which Brevo delivers emails is truly outstanding. Be it transactional emails, order confirmations, or crucial customer notifications, I have confidence in Brevo's ability to consistently ensure they reach the recipients' inboxes. This has notably enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction, as they receive prompt and precise updates from my business that other similar providers cannot deliver
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the flexibility of selecting my pricing tiers depending on the number of emails I dispatch rather than the quantity of contacts in my account. Even though I have over 20,000 emails in my account, it doesn't imply that I conduct an email campaign to all those addresses each month.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Brevo is typically easy to navigate, there are some aspects where the user interface could be enhanced. For instance, the menu layout can occasionally be perplexing, requiring some effort to locate specific features. Furthermore, the size of some email templates is substantial, leading to longer loading times. This can be inconvenient when one is attempting to swiftly set up an email campaign.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this tool to anyone looking to use it for email marketing and social media marketing at a good pricing

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo has fair pricing compared to other similar products that have been evaluated, they have free WhatsApp integrations where other providers offer the same at an extra cost, and you receive maximum support regardless of the pricing plan you subscribe to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the WhatsApp schedule; you can schedule when the WhatsApp campaign can be sent and this saves me a lot of time
What do you dislike most about this product?
They should consider having a live chat since the ticketing system takes longer to respond to tickets and this makes our work slow when there is a serious issue affecting our use of the product, especially product issues
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a smaller contact list and would use a very friendly cost tool, then Brevo is an answer, and I highly recomment the solution
