What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
It require you to customize it to fit your company. It is not a cookie cutter product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the Payroll Feature. I can create a new earnings code, bring it into payroll, and calculate immediately to see how it will work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our product is different than any other company so when I need support, we often wait for support to get a copy of our production.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know your organization and how it will be setup. It is the ground floor of the implementation.

it is a comprehensive and highly configurable platform, setting it up to fit an organization specific needs can be time-consuming and may require a significant amount of training
