Disappointing experience, poor service, glitchy

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
This system has more features than our previous vendor but implementation was long and nightmarish. Poor customer service after you go live, sales way over-promised, they charge extra for everything. Constantly having to open support tickets to address ongoing problems, quarterly 941s have had errors every single quarter, timekeeping system goes haywire occasionally and is unreliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?
terrible customer service, no dedicated account manager, very complicated and is not user friendly at all
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan to budget for a lot of extras. they charge for the simplest changes or support.

Ceridian is unique in that Unlike some competitors that offer fragmented solutions, Dayforce provides a unified experience, streamlining HR processes for better efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform's analytics tools enable us to assess workforce trends and make informed decisions about recruitment and talent management
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve for new users is really steep.

I'd recommend getting it then leveraging the platform's customization options ensures it aligns seamlessly with your company's specific needs.
