What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The way it integrates payroll, time tracking, and workforce management into one seamless system, that would have to be the one. Most HR platforms only handle parts of this puzzle, but Dayforce brings it all under one roof.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The scheduling feature is. I’ve used it to manage campaigns that require odd hours, and it saved so much time juggling between spreadsheets and requests.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app could use a lot of improvement. Approving time-off requests or checking payroll adjustments on the go feels sluggish and unintuitive, especially during busy seasons.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Speaking from an experienced user’s point of view, first get it if you have complex workforce management needs, then invest in training your team to make full use of its automation—it’s a game-changer but requires some effort upfront

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The product is differentiated in that it is lead by a tech saavy CEO and a company that genuinely cares about the customer and their needs. Payroll, Benefits, tax, and Time have always been incredible strengths with very solid talent modules built around it to support the evolving needs of customers like us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the accuracy and flexibility of payroll which has always been such a strong aspect of Dayforce. The talent modules have been built from within even through some acquisitions and are seamless with the employee’s record.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mobile functionality, primary with self-service forms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dayforce is leading edge in this space and the true differentiator is the support of the product from the company and its vast user base
