Great Product but Very Advanced to Use

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
This is a highly customizable product while many other products are "cookie cutter" and come as they are. The great thing about this product is that it can be customized to fit your specific organization's needs. The application is easy to use and the setup is better compared to other applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the way the pay groups are separated from a payroll perspective. The separation of the groups by pay period makes it easier to use for payroll processing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the lack of customer support and the time it takes to get issues resolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that if you use this product you be aware that you will need an internal team to implement this product. You will not receive hand holding help from Ceridian to get this implemented correctly and will need to rely on an internal team to get this done. If you are able to implement with a team, this product is great to use.
