What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Similar to other products however the live recalculation is a plus whenever you're trying to see adjustments made right away
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
seeing the adjustments live as a pay slip
What do you dislike most about this product?
reporting, could be made easier. Crystal Reports was way more powerful and precise vs that is produced by dayforce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pray that you get a competent implementation team. Since they have multiple clients at a time when implementing, hope that what you need is being met. Been almost a year since we went live and our entitlements are still a big mess. Reports are a mess, not simple. We recently realized that the reports was not giving us the correct amount of hours and we've been using it since July 1st.
