I haven't used other products to comment on this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration of all the modules into one system has created many efficiencies across HR and the Organization as a whole.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is sometimes not as responsive as we would like, and sometimes we feel like we know more than they do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know what you are getting into and be present in the implementation, do your part and test test test!

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The software system is intuitive and pretty straightforward to use, particularly for employees. For administrators, it helps to manage the whole employee life cycle and all of the data you wish is correct at your fingertips.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I’m very happy with the method of running payroll. We don’t use Dayforce time clocks however our imports are from all of our store locations and are ready to run successful pay runs and imports. The system is incredibly user-friendly and designed around our needs. I prefer that it’s easy to navigate and extremely organized in terms of putting all information together. Straightforward to navigate your calendar, pay period, holidays, position, etcetera.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support can use some improvement. There are typically very long wait times for a response, a rush to close tickets without actual solutions, and plenty of your time wasted going back and forth. Not having an allotted account rep to help with support, and having to figure out random support workers that are assigned causes issues. One support person can set something up one way, and another will say that it is incorrect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I prefer however they’re continually rising and adding features. As time has gone on, there has been an enormous improvement in the way the modules communicate with every other. The interface is superb and creates an interesting area for staff. The implementation of the brand new ‘Hub’ has been a huge achievement and is very customizable. For end users, it’s straightforward to navigate.
