What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Fully integrated HR software that encompasses the entire HR life style cycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Compliance - I feel completely confident in the compliance arena.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My comfort is in the Benefits administration module. On a daily bases, I use HR, reporting and antilithics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
invest in the learning modules before you start the implementation process. Have Ceridian provide you with an in person implementation team.

Dayforce made payroll processing simpler

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Day force's ability to perform payroll computations in real time is its strongest feature. After an employee punches out, their time is added to their next pay check.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's great because Dayforce can handle so many different functions, like payroll, time tracking, human resources information system, reporting, and even recruitment. Also, everything is in one place, so there's no need to go to a different system to recalculate when something is changed. Payroll serves my needs quite well, and I appreciate that a lot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not always obvious where to look for a particular file in order to make a necessary change to the configuration. Even while reports have improved greatly, it can still be difficult to modify an existing report by adding a new field, especially when dealing with Payroll or Timesheets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Dayforce, calculating payroll is much easier for both me and my employees. Data from timesheets and benefits systems is reliably imported into payroll.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Our entire staff is efficiently managed via Ceridian Dayforce. To more effectively manage the complete employee Lifecyle, we use a number of modules. The fact that Ceridian is an all-in-one solution and that you can personalize the product by choosing the modules that are crucial for your organization is one of its best features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has been fantastic to have one software handle all of these and more. In addition to having the Ceridian support team available for any problems that may arise, I adore the education center and all the in-person trainings that they provide. I adore having everything in a single system. It essentially handles everything, including onboarding, timekeeping, managing TAFW, employee engagement, and HR regulations and signoffs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have workarounds for a few things that the system is capable of doing automatically, but in order to correct them, we must file a change request, and they may charge more than $x to do so. Knowing that we would not be getting result if we had configured it that way at implementation can be irritating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This provided us with a single solution for all of the many platforms we were asking our staff to use, which was something we were looking for! Payroll, benefits, human resources, hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, compensation, and learning are all handled by Ceridian Dayforce. Our administration and employee access have both been made simpler by it.
