What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The ability to configure the system to meet your business needs, and the ability to participate in the online customer community to crowd-source any potential issues or questions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to be hands-on with the configuration, and always having access to a 'Test' database to try them out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to write our own SQL topics for custom reporting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared! If you don't have the right people on your implementation team, you won't have a successful implementation. You also need to be prepared to be hands-on in the administration and maintenance of the Dayforce instance for your company.

The intuitiveness of the tool helps me stay focused on the needs of my business. It's easy to train people on the platform that helps us bring an idea to life in a very short time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the most useful feature of appian is the workflow design feature: try creating the same workflow with appian and with a general purpose language and you will notice the benefits of using.should introduce pagination for the OOTB editable grid instead of the way we handled it using manual code
What do you dislike most about this product?
Seems like a big step in that direction. The documentation is evolving, but there's not much I don't like about the . It's just great!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a big no-brainer to upgrade, especially if you're at a specific income level. We would never go back.
