What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Our entire staff is efficiently managed via Ceridian Dayforce. To more effectively manage the complete employee Lifecyle, we use a number of modules. The fact that Ceridian is an all-in-one solution and that you can personalize the product by choosing the modules that are crucial for your organization is one of its best features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has been fantastic to have one software handle all of these and more. In addition to having the Ceridian support team available for any problems that may arise, I adore the education center and all the in-person trainings that they provide. I adore having everything in a single system. It essentially handles everything, including onboarding, timekeeping, managing TAFW, employee engagement, and HR regulations and signoffs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have workarounds for a few things that the system is capable of doing automatically, but in order to correct them, we must file a change request, and they may charge more than $x to do so. Knowing that we would not be getting result if we had configured it that way at implementation can be irritating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This provided us with a single solution for all of the many platforms we were asking our staff to use, which was something we were looking for! Payroll, benefits, human resources, hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, compensation, and learning are all handled by Ceridian Dayforce. Our administration and employee access have both been made simpler by it.

Ceridian Dayforce resolves time management issues

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
This application shortens the time it takes to switch from one application to another. I no longer require the use of a physical time clock. The application allows me to request time off directly. We have saved a lot of time by allowing employees to fill out their own profiles instead of manually filling out their profiles. Employee time and attendance, as well as requests for time off. It is preferable to have a system keep track of this rather than an access database.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like best about this software is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Dayforce virtual assistant is extremely beneficial, particularly if you are new to the platform. With this platform, employee scheduling, including part-time employees, becomes much more organised. I like the employee progress page and the ability to use questionnaires to help retain employees. It's simple to use and helps me keep track of my time at work. It also allows me to request time off.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like how it occasionally logs me out of the system after a few minutes. It occasionally goes down for extended periods of time with no explanation. When this occurs, it affects both our stores and our in-office users. It is usually quickly resolved. Customer service support costs can be prohibitively expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dayforce virtual assistant is extremely beneficial, particularly if you are new to the platform. The most significant impact on our company has been the ease of use and automation. This makes it simple to request time off or check your benefits. It's very convenient to have everything in one place.
