What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

We may save all of our employees' records and evaluations on Dayforce's servers. It is impossible to compare Ceridian Dayforce with any other application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A cloud-based human capital management (HCM) program called Ceridian Dayforce helps many HR operations, including payroll, wages and benefits administration. Each day, workers at Indoff, Inc. use the Dayforce platform to clock in/out of their jobs and for our human resources officer to keep track of their paychecks, benefits, and time off requests. sick/vacation time with corporate employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because Ceridian Dayforce is hosted in the cloud, users may expect 99.9% uptime. When it doesn't function, though, waiting for it to reply again might be a little stressful since customers can do nothing more than file a complaint. In the case of time-sensitive Ceridian Dayforce functions, such as check-in and check-out during lunch or a break, this may be particularly aggravating. Ceridian Dayforce, on the other hand, is usually fully active.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take notice that Ceridian is more than simply a provider; rather, they are a business partner. A partnership that is strong and based on mutual respect will go you very far.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Dayforce HCM includes a number of tools and components that help us expedite our regular procedures and improve the validity of the information posted to our worker’s master files. Its methodologies are a significant advantage and many of our paper work has been done digitally, and we were able to decrease the amount of lost data needed to verify that our employees received appropriate compensation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For a long period of time, we've struggled to find a single data source, and distributing relevant data to our top management was a time-consuming manual procedure. Our employees can now use the panels to access data, which is a fantastic bonus for us. Dayforce is user-friendly capability appeals to me and I really enjoy being able to see my data as a user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

New versions can occasionally stomp on customized configuration's foot. While each client has their own test databases to assess the version before it goes live in production, there isn't always sufficient time to thoroughly test the release.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hire an effective internal project manager to engage with the Ceridian development team, and build time into your BAU process to ensure you have the capabilities you need to fulfill the work plan and timeline. I'd also advise you to double-check your data before transferring it to the new structure.
