What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
With we enjoy better decision making process thanks to the unified data. It combines HR capabilities, Payroll, talent management and Workforce management. All these makes ot superior compared to the competitors
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Ceridian Dayforce is affordable yet offers a multitude of features. The software houses best HR features including talent management, Workforce management and Payroll. Using it is straightforward for the experienced people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only con I can think of is that new users have problems getting around this software
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For best human capital management features, Ceridian Dayforce is the best in the industry. It's affordable and is as well a multi-purpose software

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The ability to perform all HR, benefits and payroll functions in one system is great. It also integrates well with other systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The report writing feature is great, as it enables the users to perform advanced analytics easily. The ability to create custom forms is also very useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system is very vast as it has a lot of feature. Hence, one has to attend training to learn how to navigate. The search bar is also not very helpful in finding tasks within the system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It would be nice to engage someone with IT skills to use Dayforce. It contains several aspects like report writing, form building and more, which require computer programming knowledge. Workflow design, People management etc. are very helpful features but requires a lot of setup at the back end (creating workflows, creating roles, enabling access). The Dayforce community is very helpful in learning the system.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
It is a live totally in the cloud solution with real time updates for payroll which is critical for employee satisfaction. Self Service is easy to use and the mobile app is a definite plus

Live updates in Payroll
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adding new features can but complicated and getting support may take a while.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask lots of questions. They will provide demos but realize that the controlled environment they use will not totally resemble the end product. You must hold them to the features you ask for working as promised and try to have demo cover what you're expecting.
