What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We particularly appreciate the filters to reduce noise in alerts while still being proactive, The elimination of false positives and duplicates is greatly beneficial to our operations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Through the onboarding process, we did note some improvements needed there.

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Field Effect MDR is a streamlined and easy to use product that gives useful insights in a very timely manner. Threats and suggested resolutions are described in an easy to understand manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Without this product we would be lacking the valuable real time notification of abnormal behavior in our environment along with insights into vulnerabilities that our MSP has a tendency to miss.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of my main dislikes is within the user interface. The device dashboard does not give you the ability to remove retired devices. They do fall off the list after 30 - 60 days, but it would be nice to have the ability to remove retired devices manually and have them automatically readded if they come back online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a fantastic product that I make sure in installed in every location we have!
