The landing page is a fantastic feature but the UI and notably speed let it down a little. Although other tools also offer automation, they are typically less robust or user-friendly. Apart from that, GetResponse exceeds its competitors in terms of affordability, customization, and flexibility. Our interest was definitely sparked enough by its pricing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its landing pages, which are particularly noteworthy because they are a part of the conversion funnel, are the things I want to highlight first. This product is quite effective at handling lead generation and also functions as an online store that accepts payments. Using its automation features we can readily create sophisticated automated campaigns depending on events/triggers like sales or even geography.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The drawback of this tool is that it forces us to create unique landing pages if we want to use it on a smartphone. Despite being a really great tool that outperforms its competitors and provides affordable plans, unfortunately, there are a few issues with the landing page builder that should be considered. First off, the UI is not very user-friendly; in fact, it is quite clumsy. Then, we must create separate landing page designs for mobile and desktop, which is a complete waste of our valuable time.
