What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
When sending email campaigns, landing pages are very much crucial. Google Analytics helps users understand the performance of their landing pages and other webpages better. The main differentiator factor that I would say with Google Analytics is the precise and real time customer data and information that we get.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like tracking the behavior flow of all my users. With Google Analytics, you can easily track upto 5 levels of user behavior which is of great use to me. Also, I like how the reports are visually presented to us
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be difficult for new users to understand Google Analytics as it is very vast
