High Cost. Thus; not every company can afford it. Takes too much of internet bandwidth which slows down the speed of other applications At times; Google Analytics offers way too many insights which leads to the confusion

Must reduce its fees or charges to expand its reach and business Must work on making the application faster Must change the look & feel which looks quite boring

What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
It lets us monitor the traffic on our website, which helps us shape our advertising and customer engagement strategy. No ability to create custom reports or dashboards in Firebase.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is free and it is easy to install, you only need to create an account in Google to use it. It allows me to measure all types of traffic my website gets. It allows you to add unlimited users, unlimited goals and segments completely for free. The reports are customizable and include real-time analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Users who do not have the javascript function activated will be invisible to Google Analytics which is a huge disadvantage since users can enter and leave the website without being seen or registered by Google Analytics therefore, we lose part of the traffic record.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I feel like GA is your best choice if you are a small business.
