What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Google Analytics stands out a lot as a platform for web analysis, due to its high capacity to collect accurate information about visitor clicks. This platform differs from others because it is capable of accurately collecting clicks, blocking invalid clicks and preventing these invalid clicks from being collected and affecting the reports made by the platform. In addition, it is capable of tracking the visit of each person regardless of whether it has an extension that blocks this web tracking, while other platforms do not have the possibility of doing this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that it has a real-time operation for all graphs in general. Google Analytics allows me to visualize the graphs in real time, where I can know exactly the behavior that my website is having, which section is having the most impact on customers and I can also know geographic data of the customers in real time. In addition, I love the way I can view the reports generated by the filters, to know exact information to my liking or depending on the information that I am needing at that moment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform must be used with great care. One of the things I didn't like about Google Analyitcs is that it doesn't have the ability to back up Analytics code and logs obtained from my website. Previously, we had a problem where our database was deleted by mistake, and we had to configure it from 0 and report from 0, since we did not have the ability to recover the lost information because Google Analytics does not perform automated backups. This is a much needed feature and I hope it will be integrated soon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google Analytics is the essential platform for all those companies that are looking for a way to collect accurate data about the behavior of their website and the traffic they generate with that website. This platform has personalized and automated reports, where you can see the viewing rate and you can know geographical data about visitors, to learn more about where the visits come from on a daily basis. It is a very complete software, easy to use and that guarantees the obtaining of data in real time.

What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
It has the power of Google's backend to give you not only accurate data but the ability to cross it with other Google services, when possible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It helps me identify if marketing strategies are being well placed and having the desiderd effect before it becomes a problem for the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI has grown over the years into a rather convoluted thing. It used to be streamlined and easy to navigate, but now it's very easy not to find that one filter or that one panel you really need. Settings is also a nightmare. The Android app is less problematic though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is almost mandatory if you want to understand who is accessing your site, specially if you expect visits to be converted into sales or calls.
