Google Analytics gives us a detailed view into how people are actually using our site — from where they're coming from to what actions they're taking before converting. Being able to track the entire user journey helps us make smarter decisions about content, marketing, and design. It’s an essential tool for understanding what’s working and what’s not

What do you dislike most about this product?

GA4’s interface is not intuitive at all. It feels like too much changed too fast, and many users are still catching upBe ready to invest time into setup and training. You’ll only get value from GA if you configure it to match your goals and keep it maintained
