It is simple and is perfectly made for automation, in the Marketing department they are satisfied with the results it leaves. Also counting on a perfect analysis, with emails and SMS; it greatly facilitates the work that is carried out in the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a data collection system about the client, identifying the needs of all potential clients. Offering their customers whom they can contact to make their purchase more easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It really complies with the work and with the needs of each client, everything has been perfect and we have had no problems, we love it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everything is through social networks, email or SMS, in a simple and fast way. Using it is a good option for our company and for our users, a Marketing platform with all the necessary features.

Since we started using HubSpot Marketing Hub, it has been easy to interact with our customers. It allows you to easily manage email lists, send outbound emails within seconds and personalize emails. It has a responsive customer support team, very helpful and reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a complete software for email marketing. I have not yet discovered any challenge.

To save money and time, I recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing.

Is an expensive platform and adaptable plans, its features are quite broad in comparison with other platforms, is adaptable to other platforms such as Salesforce in the sales part, and be managed from the cloud for greater breadth with respect to the information capacity that may have, is quite versatile, adaptable, effective and meets all the features necessary for good management in marketing campaigns, both in the automation of email and the whole process in general.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is quite intuitive, adaptable and effective, one of the features that stand out in this platform is its adaptability with other platforms in addition to its technical support that is quite collaborative, the transmission of information is fast and does not take much documentation to understand the way it works, It has a very friendly dashboard, and easy interaction, its interface makes the creation of lists and content is simple, so it is always sending the most relevant content, you can also monitor email marketing with integrated analytics, improving your open and click rates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
only has a web platform, it does not have a mobile platform, otherwise it is perfect because it has all the tools to achieve a good marketing management, duplicate entries of email and contacts are common, because it uses email as the unique identifier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Hubspot as it has all the features for an all in one site, it is a CRM integrated with your social networks, blog, sales channel etc, all contacts are in one place it is easy to manage and a very good investment for your expansion plans as a marketing company, it has been a good experience that is good to emphasize.
