What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Once the long implementation is over we consider Jira one of the best tools in the market and has helped expedite our process, make better projections and provide better estimations on tasks. Unlike other tools in the market, Jira can in fact help management and team members pull in the same direction in a fast organized way,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their UI/UX experience for the web version of the product really makes a difference from other products in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial implementation takes too much time and workflow setup and automation get a bit tricky at first. Also, their mobile app still has a lot of room for improvement on small things such as providing enough ticket information, if you have added custom sidebars to your web-app ticket layouts they won't all show up when you check on your mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool to manage a medium to large business Jira is the tool for you. However, if you are looking for a tool to manage a small team <10 team members I don't think the initial implementation is worth it.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Compared to other products of a similar kind, it is considerably more customizable. Additionally, an email ticket is immediately generated when a task is added.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1.) Best Product for Product Managing. 2.) We can check the live reports and time usage. 3.) It's extremely easy to assign the task to the team member and establish the deadline. 4.) Once task is assigned the JIRA ticket is automatically sent to the member of team who got assigned the task.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1.) One has to increase the UI design. 2.) Search can become better. 3.)The pricing was not very much flexible , for smaller projects it is not recommendable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although the initial setup to utilise it would be frantic, once completed, it is quite simple to use. So be patient. and also For the non technical persons It'll be take time to learn how to use it.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira extremely perfect rather than other products as it allows for seamless saving of information and that's a pretty good feature the user interface is very useful and is very easy to navigate through the tool across various screens. The ability to have multiple dashboards which can be easily created as per what the project needs and can be shared easily with all team members for improving collaboration and communication with the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature in Jira is the workflow management tool that allows you to optimize work times with a perfect time management for all tasks and makes projects delivered at time and more generally "who does what" on each single activity. plus, the mobile access feature which allow all team members to access Jira anywhere to see the new updates

What do you dislike most about this product?

i am using Jira on a daily basis and i had never noticed any technical problem

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best product which allows your team to work together on tasks by planning and tracking their progress on time and it's easy to customize and integrates with many of the apps that you can use.
