What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Since I work at an IT company, we use Jira all the time and I think it's the best workflow management tool for IT companies because you can set up different workflows for various teams or projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's quite powerful and, as I mentioned above, we like the workflow management feature. We have many projects going on at the same time and they all have their own workflows and peculiarities. In Jira, we can easily set them up, which saves a lot of developers' time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use Trello for non-critical task management, where workflows aren't strictly required, but with Jira, you get a powerful enterprise solution that stimulates collaboration and teamwork by ensuring that everyone's on the same page about the tasks ahead.
