No technical skill is reacquired for using this tool. Anyone can operate it easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quick and smooth documentation and track record of the ongoing, upcoming and past projects can be robustly managed. Targeted access level of project is another good feature of this tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It becomes messy when there are too much comments added in a thread.

It's user-friendly and continuously improving to meet product managers' needs. Jira easily adapts to agile methodologies and excels in bug tracking, issue creation, and resource management. It's a go-to for assigning tasks, creating stories, and tracking progress.
