What differentiates LiveChat ChatBot from other similar products?

Unlike competing software, it has features like a conversation archive, the ability to filter messages based on predefined criteria, conversation routing, etc. They make sure that we're sending messages to prospective consumers at the correct time, mining useful data from those exchanges, and, most critically, matching the proper individuals with each client so that we can maintain meaningful dialogues.

Because we now have a link for live chat on our website, we are able to receive feedback from patients who have questions or need assistance. This has proven to be an extremely useful addition to our website.

What do you dislike most about this product?
