It gives us new information and resources that our team didn't have previously. The simplicity of the platform, particularly when it comes to posting, has allowed me, as a solo social media manager, to devote more time and energy to other aspects of my work and to long-term planning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, Meltwater isn't always easy to navigate, and it requires a fair amount of time to master the basics. I still don't really get it and am not making the most of it, even after a year of using it. But that's not always a negative thing; in fact, it's a really effective weapon. While the customer service team has been great during setup (for example, with the automatic mailings), they are notoriously sluggish to react, even during emergencies.
