It is easy to integrate with other applications. Therefore, it becomes easy to manage transactions and employee payments and state taxes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
costly for small enterprises sometimes the software lags

Paycom frees us from tedious payroll tasks

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
We have been using this software for a long time to keep our employees' payroll up to date, and we are very satisfied with the features and tools they are always adding with each update. You can perform overtime calculations, deductions for absences, benefit payments and much more, with no errors and almost automatically. In addition to having tools for tracking employee tasks, which helps us monitor their performance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The time, attendance and absence management is really valuable for me, as it is very easy to use and intuitive, which allows me to get the job done faster. I don't need to pass the data to an Excel file and make separate calculations, because the system joins everything at the same time to make a general payroll calculation if I request it. A feature that has also been helpful is that employees can view their pay, hours worked, absences and attendance online.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some employees report glitches when logging into their personal profile, but Paycom's technical team helped us resolve that situation. If I need to make payments individually, it is a much more manual process than if I were to do it in batch. I can't think of anything else to say, for us the system works just as we need it to, it's excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a comprehensive system that allows employees to make changes and take responsibility for their own information. The system is very powerful in every skill we have tested! The report authors are very helpful. Using the talent management section was the best decision we have made. I would say that no matter the size of your organization, they can take care of you. Their system is robust and there are no links to click from one site to another. It stays in the same system for everything and the information flows seamlessly.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom includes several capabilities in one application that enable me to streamline and automate all activities as well as automate payroll as well as it also touts customizable plans and add-on options that expand with our company. Paycom product allows for seamless interaction with external products to make payroll management easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paycom is the best option for all use cases; its wealth of features made it simple for me to automate my payroll tasks. New and advanced reporting options were also very beneficial. The program is made more valuable by the extensive array of integrated tools that are included with it. We also get a dedicated expert to make putting up and administering each function straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The application tracking mechanism is not to my taste. It takes a long time in my opinion, to publish a job and discover qualified people. When compared to other recruitment programs, the Paycom Applicant Tracker needs more time to begin delivering applicants. Several of the voting alternatives confused me, but my organization had no trouble changing the wording in Paycom to make things clearer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paycom is the best alternative for all types of organizations that want to integrate several HR services into a single system. It also offers plan alternatives to adapt as your business demands change; it is also best for enterprises intending to expand their number of employees and want to work globally.
